SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD) provides a complete sales management solution for a broad range of industries. It is a part of the logistics module that support your customers, starting from the request for quotations, sales order and all the way down to billing the customer. It is tightly integrated with the FICO, MM and PP functional modules. It allows companies to input their customer sales price, check for open orders and forecast etc.
SAP SD module is also firmly integrated with the SAP CRM application – Customer Relationship management. Which covers the interaction with the customers with regards to marketing, mobile sales and the managing of prospective/existing customers.
